What if there’s
more?
More business opportunity. More value. More possibility.
Who decided this is all there is?
The way we measure success. The way we compete. The way we recognize value. The way we decide what’s possible.
So much of what we accept as normal began as somebody else’s idea.
What else might be possible?
An exploration of possibility
The More Project is an open-ended exploration of how we recognize, create, and expand value in business.
It starts with a simple curiosity: How much opportunity might we be missing because we've been conditioned to see the world, business, and each other in certain ways?
Through conversations, unexpected connections, different perspectives, and real-world experimentation, we're exploring what becomes possible when we challenge those assumptions.
The approaches we've relied on have created tremendous value.
But what if they've also shaped the boundaries of what we believe is possible?
We're not starting with answers. We're starting with questions.
What if...?
The things we struggle to measure are among the things that matter most?
Someone else's success could expand our own possibilities?
The greatest opportunity isn't something we need to invent, but something we've stopped noticing?
And what if we haven't even thought of the most interesting questions yet?
The exploration is already underway.
I'm following these questions through conversations, unexpected connections, and whatever discoveries emerge along the way.
I'll share what I learn on LinkedIn. You're welcome to follow along, add your perspective, or simply take a question with you.

A note from Nikki
After more than three decades in the packaging industry, I've seen firsthand how much business success depends on things that don't always show up neatly in a spreadsheet—relationships, trust, experience, and the willingness to see possibilities others might miss.
I'm now putting that experience to work in some new ways—through strategic advisory, new business ventures, and reimagining how people and opportunities connect across our industry.
The More Project is a natural extension of that thinking, but with a much broader invitation.
What might we discover if we started questioning familiar assumptions and exploring possibilities together?
I have plenty of ideas and theories of my own. But I'm even more interested in what I haven't considered yet.
And I'm not interested in just talking about what's possible. I'm interested in seeing what we can actually create.
